I have a couple of these and they are great little laptops. Windows 7 Professional comes installed.

I purchased for my daughter to use at Uni and seems to have done the trick.

Plenty of details on the link.

Nice deal

"1 x USB 2.0" .... Do they even make laptops with only 1 USB Port? (that is not a rhetorical question).

Well, it seems vendors just can't be bothered to actually list accurate specs. According the the NBC review, this should be 2 x USB 2.0 and 1 x USB 3.0

USB 3.0 is quite a surprise for a Sandy Bridge laptop. Certainly in Lenovo's case, only the Thinkpad T420s and some i7 models of X220 had one AFAIK

That's because it is not native - it is a 3-rd party PCIe Renesas controller. Still one of the best though - but you may need to flash its firmware (yep its got its own firmware) if it is too old...

From the HP website: '2 USB 3.0 ports, 1 USB 2.0 charging port'.

To confirm... Checked my device manager is there are 2 USB 3.0 ports. Using eXtensible Controller.

These are listed as "Used" not Refurbished.

Excellent laptops these, used to have one. Look good too.

It says £321.00 now

to the people who own one, how long does it "hold a charge"
