You'll cry if you deal with them.
If their new items come in brown box,
Refurbished must come in a bin liner.

Just buy new

Hopefully, it is my intention to help out those on a tight budget afford a decent, long lasting vacuum. Saving some 20% is helpful. Thank you for your comment.

The last item in the OP is new, just with 'slight packaging damage'. I've bought a few things this way and have saved money

These hoovers are terrible at best. No idea why anyone buys them
Swapped to Henry a few years ago and would never go back to an upright
Had a few of these over the years. Always reliable, great peformance, beats Dyson's overpriced rubbish hands down
Very cute vacuum.
Great price.

These are really robust and brilliant for extremely dusty jobs (hence why loads of Trades men and tradeswomen use them).

Spare (Poles and heads etc.) are cheap on Amazon and EBay,

Costco also sell big boxes of the replacement bags cheap too.

As others have said so easy to use and much less fiddly in use than Dysons (I do a lot of cleaning jobs and much prefer using a Henry / Hetty / SEBO brand over Dyson).

Thanks Op.
£69.95 delivered refurbished on eBay from a highly rated business seller.

The damaged packaged new product looks great value, thanks!
We’ve had a Henry vacuum cleaner for well over 25 years. They last forever.

Yes and no
Dyson does a deeper clean but more finicky
Henry sucks up ANYTNING

I have a v11 absolute and a henry turbo. You need both.

Good if you just use no attachment.. they do roll easy off the stairs above so be careful ..

How can you get deeper than anything?

Lol, it sucks up anything , but not everything. You couldn't suck plaster dust, wood dust or big bits with a dyson v11. But a henry would no problem. Henry leaves a lot behind in the carpets that a dyson woild get up due it its brushbar. Even the henry brushbars aint great. Not a patch on dyson. Im having laminate fitted today. Ill whip henry around then the dyson. Both are good .. for diff purposes.

I’ve found the Henry Turbohead (‘Universal Red Airo Turbo Brush Floor Tool for Numatic Henry, Hetty, Harry, Basil, James, George and Charles Vacuum Cleaner’ on Amazon for about £13) work well and is easy to unclog if it gets blocked.

I’ve only used client’s Dysons, which in fairness were not the new models, so can’t comment on their brush bar performance.

Direct Vacuums - they really suck?!

Purchased a hoover and an air filter from them before via eBay shop. Hoover was not great, a refurb. Called them and they fixed issue, sent me new parts and gave partial refund. Air filter was a bargain as new in box. Both these sent fast with tracking. What's the issue? I rate Direct Vacuums

But I don't rate Henry Hoovers. Yer they work but they do break lol. Loads of people buy bust ones, refurb and resell. They good and solid usually alot of the time, but my issue is the manoeuvrability. Massively lacking in that area, hard to drag around, hard to use on stairs and a pain to store with giant hose. Much prefer an upright with a powered head.

We have a reconditioned Henry from another company who refurb them. We also bought the unbranded dog hair brush and it's brilliant. Better than Dyson, shark and hoover and also cheaper. I prefer upright but Henry gives me hair free carpet

Cheaper than buying new, but not significantly. Pay the extra £20 I’d say.

Yer they're not £99.99 New that I've seen. More like £120 - £140.

Site showing OOS BTW.

I have the turbo henry with the genuine turbo roller brush and its not a patch on my dyson v11. I use both..

.... That’s probably partly because Henry Vacuum cleaner costs £99 and Dyson V11 £549!

So you agree no way does the dyson fall behind a refurbished henry with a spurious head? As stated by the user my reply was too. Or didn't you read that? They said its better than a dyson I disagreed having both. Not sure where your reply is coming from in regards to price. And price is irrelevant as mains ac has the advantage over dc li ion
