Wouldn't go near these. Bought a Samsung tablet from them, had an issue with it. Had to get PayPal involved to get the money back.

How does one end up with scratches like that? It looks like it was used as a whiteboard

Chopping board. Does it smell of onions?
Are they still deleting negative reviews at IT Zoo?
Got a laptop from here too, it had a big white spot on the screen they never mentioned.
Not bad, and CEX says they'll give me £127 for my S7 edge.
Mine was like new - typing this on it now :-)

That does look minor/light and I’m not sure why that would even bother me as it’s the lid and interior that are on show - I assume that’s fine or you’d have taken a pic of the lid if it was all scratched up?
Recived mine just now. Looks like C grade. Sending mine back

Shocking...ordered twice from Itzoo (laptops only) and received fantastic service.....will think twice now if their grading has become somewhat of a gamble.
Got my S9 from them, as grade a, it was like new
I was really tempted by one of these but didn't really want to take a chance on the condition. A lot of people have got as new ones, but I'm not sure I would be happy with the picture of the one posted above.

My Samsung Note 4 broke a while back and I can't survive much longer with an iPhone 1 Then again I was thinking I would like a phone with a removable battery as I keep my devices a long time. I think I need some advice from @MrSwitch. I need 4GB RAM minimum, NFC, a removable battery would be nice and don't want to spend much more than this. I know removable batteries are rare nowadays!

There are also others around this price mark so you could ask around to see what people are willing to go for at lowest. I hope this helps. (y).
