    I have a Vax too and never again. It is out of the warranty period but still would expect it to work. There is absolutely no suction power at all, all it does is move the dirt from one place to another. It also sounds like an aircraft taking off. Am using the old faithful dustpan and brush for my hard floors instead.

    Tried cleaning the filters? Seen loads using shark Hoover's, and they never clean all the filters, so ends up practically blocked.

    Got one 2 days ago.
    Was using Vax blade 2 for years and was a good every day circles hoover. For under £50 you can't go wrong

    Wouldn’t buy a refurbished VAC AGAIN EVEN IF I WAS BEING PAID, I bought one on the VAC OUTLET ONLY TO FIND OUT I WAS SOLD A 🍋, Yes I did contacted them, but was given the run a round, by customer service, and because I had got rid of the box I was left with a useless VAC CORDLESS. The reason I knew it was a 🍋 I was sold. I had it checked out by a qualified electrician.
