sorted byBought this a year ago, and had an issue a few weeks in. Messaged them on ebay, and they said someone would get back to me. No response for 2 weeks, so I messaged again and nothing.
Gave up after that, and now the thing is out of the gurantee period.
The 32v is way better by the way
Both refurbs had parts that were in absolutely awful condition. The plastic bin on the 4 was scuffed and scratched, and on the 3 the main pole has 2 dents in it and the logo was half scratched off.
I normally expect refurbs to be "as new" but these were wrecked. (edited)
