It was quite expensive when sold by Regatta and £6 +£2.65 del seems great for dog walking or gardening etc.
Is Regatta and Trespass similar quality? Both brands seem to knock out gear at great prices.

bottom of the table when it comes to quality outdoor wear I'm afraid.
If you read informed and independent reviews as in hiking magazines you will see that they rate very favourably with the overpriced labels. Remember that this is advertised and sold as workwear.
can they stand good rain?
Thought i would take a look as it may be OK for walking the dog however as only available in small it would probably only fit the dog
Only small available
Try looking on the Regatta outlet site. Good prices and you can usually find a code for free delivery

no
I used to buy Regatta quite a lot, but 2 months ago I ordered 2 pairs of trousers, 1 with zip-off legs the other pair normal. Both pairs are poor quality with the thickness (or lack of it) of the material being an issue. The stuff they are made of is now so thin I reckon they will only be suitable for the summer months. I didn't think a company would cut corners like this, as they will inevitably lose business. Compared to my older Regatta stuff the new trousers are very very lightweight.
stick to the better quality brands I.e. berghaus, marmot, North Face, Merrill the list goes on, but stay away from cheap stuff like this.

Great if you are wanting a fashion piece and a bit of quality.

Guess if I was a tradesman then a £6 gillet I can hang in the van and wear when required, cover in paint, oil, work muck etc... and throw away 6 months later makes much more sense than £100+
My 2 favourite fleeces are from regatta. Seem fine to me. One is 10 years old.

Though I did buy some hiking trainers from them recently and the soles are nearly worn out after only a few months which is a bit worrying.

Better, but not 10x better as the price suggests.

They aren't better quality brands, they're more expensive brands. Big difference. Not everyone needs to have North Face on their clothes to show how much they've spent on an item they have no need of.

true with many things but the regatta brand isn't what it once was, more expensive brands do make better quality clothes

there is a limit though and once that is reached, you're spending hundreds on an item just for the name
the makes I listed are more expensive because people are willing to pay that price, as a result of that the clothing is quiet obviously worth it and it all comes down to quality. I hope that clears things up for you.
