    Definitely pot luck with this company, sometimes you get the item but most times the order is cancelled!

    Avoid Debenhams at all costs. I ordered 2 Voltera III heated walking parka’s last Friday from Debenhams which were on offer for £28 each. £59.99 came off my card almost immediately (£3.99 was for delivery) but by 1130pm on Saturday I had received an email saying they had received my returns and were refunding me £56.00 as the item was out of stock. Essentially Debenhams are making a profit of £3.99 for an item you’ve never received! Fat Mike sure is a cowboy.

    Thanks, OP , manage to get the order after 3rd attempt, but for some reason website not taking the payment, Finger cross. Returning is easy but a refund takes a while for this company.

    I’d avoid them. They used to be reliable but they are a joke now. I’ve had my orders cancelled too. Regatta is on sale in quite a few places, you might pay a few more quid but you wouldn’t have the cancellation / refund drama.

    Unfortunately, due to a pricing issue the Regatta, Dare 2b or Craghoppers part of your order placed between 15th and 17th September may have been cancelled or will be cancelled shortly.     Debenham marketplace had said the order is on its way. Glad I didn't read the negative comments before ordering now. Having said that it's not here yet!

    Mine arrived yesterday and I did not size up. I am glad I didn't as the size I ordered fits perfect. However there are a fair few stitching defects and I'm wondering if I should return it.

    My order arrived yesterday and the sizings all over the place. One large Polo shirt is the same as an extra large from another! Free returns helped.

    The coat mentioned has gone the pockets too low. Not obvious in the picture but if anyone's below 5'8" you'll need extra long arms! Kept it because it looks warm and fit is ok for a size 16. (edited)
