On Sunday 6 July, Regent Street will be transformed into a real life garden party with a specially created garden courtesy of Easigrass. There will be a wide range of family activities held throughout the day including an exciting bee and butterfly exhibition, live music and face painting. For cyclists attending Summer Streets by bike, Havebike will have a pop up where they will be offering free bike servicing and MOT‘s.

Bees & Butterflies Exhibition

A marquee with AstroTurf, plants, garden furniture, trestle tables and picket fencing. Bees and butterflies will be on display in an observation hive and homemade honey for sale.
Easigrass Garden

Avoid a mud-free afternoon on the Easigrass astro turf area and enjoy music from a military band and Barber Shop Quartet.
Face Painting

Entertain the children with an afternoon of face painting.

Hamley and Hattie Bear will be giving out tasty treats for big and little kids alike.
Big Dance Double Decker

Show off your fancy footwork with a dance workshop complete with a DJ booth on a bus.

Children can decorate a chalk drawn giant “R” with flower pots containing pink flowers which they can then take home.
