    I'm in the process of returning mine. I bought this around 50 days ago when the same deal was on hukd, thought I'd give it ago, hopefully it would be better than my old mattress. I suffer from time to time with lower back pain, unfortunately this model of the rem-fit didn't do me any favours with that, it's very soft, I felt it was getting worse sleeping on it. My partner and the other hand loves it, then again she prefers a softer mattress and doesn't have a problem with her back. All in all you can't go wrong with the 100 day trial to see if it's for you. Regrettably for me it's not.

    Have you tried a better pillow?. I changed mine and it really improved my back

    Got mine on Tuesday, left it for two days to settle and put it on the frame last night.

    Pleased with it, didn't notice any chemical smell but that is probably due to leaving it out for a couple of days. I agree it is fairly firm, which suits me but not if you want to 'sink into' your mattress.

    How does it come delivered? Is it in a box and compressed? Or like a full mattress? (Got to get it up two flights of stairs in a narrow hallway)

    Bought a rem-fit 500 ortho in feb 2020, very good mattress. More expensive than this deal, worth reading reviews before choosing which one to go for.

    Looking for a superking mattress around £500, this seems generally well reviewed compared to the Emma/Simba ones. Just seems such a tricky subject, I guess its very subjective!

    Don't just ask strangers on the phone Internet what mattress softness they got and if they like it. Mattress softness has to be chosen based on your weight and height.

    Do the research, don't buy cheap, your back is important and you'll pay for it when you're 40 if you're currently 20. (edited)

    Took delivery of mine yesterday, so far initial thoughts are it smells very chemically, although understand this should subside after a few days. Other observation is that it is pretty hard, no idea how others describe it as soft, but I'm 16st and barely leave a dent in it when I lay on it. Will see how get on over the next month, but would say not uncomfortable but hardly luxurious. Oh and delivery was rubbish, guy literally left out front of house and didn't even knock on the door!

    All foam / hybrid mattress are the same. Super comfortable for the first few months before they sag and cause back ache. Don’t rely on the ‘guarantees’ as the sag is. It ally factored in.

    Disagree. I have had one for next to 5 years which still holds its shape perfectly.

    Have another branded one of 2 years which also is without any sag.

    Are you heavy? Buy the right mattress type for you. A soft all foam mattress will naturally not work.

    This is a great mattress. We tried others at twice as much and this one feels equally good in quality and is extremely comfortable at half the price.
