For other people on the site it would be better for you to post the voip services that you think that is cheaper then skype.

I have used Freecall and it was about the same price as skype, I use sipgate and use that as landline number and voicemail.

Note that in about a year or so skype may add mobile phone numbers in with the unlimited subscriptions, as they currently do for Canada and USA and other countries.

anyone know of a set (3 or more) of wireless dual phones that could be used in the house? like the Dual Phone 3088 Skype phone but in a set

I use the Philips VOIP 841 and they are cool, you can buy them from Philips themselves for £99 for the base unit and then £39 fir each extra handset. Or you could try the Netgear SPH200D from the Skype shop/store, the base unit is £89 and an extra handset cost of £49.

The Philips VOIP 841 supports only 4 handsets but you wouldnt need any more then that.

A comment like 'May' cant be untrue.

However 'Almost certainly not' is 100,000 times more exact.
