Heat for the 'Dark Knight' look
Will be good until the "Lithium Power" proprietary battery fails in about 2 years and you can't get replacements so goes to landfill.

Personally my Remington uses AA's and it's still going strong.
Awesome price and trimmer. Don't forget to use your student discount

Rechargeable AAs hopefully otherwise your statement sounds more absurd than it already does.

100%, my previous remington that looked exactly like this died after 18months, hardly even used it and the battery holds a 30 second charge now, such a waste of time.

Hardly ever used is probably why the battery died.
I’ve got the old Barba and it’s on it’s fifth year of service. It started to lose its ability to hold its charge at around year three and now last about 2-3 shaves before it needs to be charged again. I bought it for £22 and been pretty happy with it since but it would be good if I can find this new one for this price. It’s currently £25 online.

My brothers died also and he used it a lot.
I have had 2 or 3 of this trimmer non lithium. Heavy usage. 3-4x a week. Lasted me easily 2-3 years each. Back then I used to pay £30 a pop. For £15 I just had to buy it.
I had the previous non-lithium one and got more than a fair few years decent service out of it. Bought this one a couple of weeks ago and seems on a par.

Erm no; my Remington refuses to accept Rechargeable AAs so it's on it's 248th set of Alkalines. Total running cost to date is £370. But I got a bargain with the trimmer, £10 off.
