Might not be the best deal ever but low deposit might appeal to some. Model shown has metallic paint, extra £650 (I assume they spread that over the 48 month term if you opt for it).

Total cash price £13,945
Credit £11,801
Optional final payment: £4,169

£159 deposit + £159 per month 48 month term with 6,000 pa

Tin hat ready for the "I bought my car for £500 200 years ago and it's never missed a beat" comments.

Shame they only give a 3 year warranty instead of 4 now.

save your money and buy a proper car

Define proper car.
Leasing anything, either as a PCH or PCP, for longer than the warranty period and/or MOT exemption makes little sense.

You'd be better off doing a PCH for 24mths on a better specced Dynamique Nav for little more.

Literally anything else. How anybody can spend this much on a French junker boggles my mind...

So is a K14 Nissan Micra a junker too?
Starting the description with "might not be the best deal ever" is hardly going to inspire people to vote hot
Almost as bad tbh. If you want to spend your money well, go look at mid-range cars 2-3 years old. You'll probably have a similar monthly payment and a car that isn't any less reliable. Plus some fool would have paid the initial depreciation hit for you.

Why would you spend £15k on a 1 litre Micra which would probably be worth 1/3 of the price in 3 years?? Please enlighten me. -
Plus 6k miles is peanuts, that's literally a trip to the shops per day and nothing more if you're lucky.

Do you have any evidence to support that theory?

42% of ALL UK drivers do 6k miles/yr or less.

So you've got a 42% of being a driver doing <6k miles. Half of these are probably OAPs who just drive to the shops (as I said). Plus being a driver doesn't mean a car is driven for 6k miles. This survey will count shared ownership e.g. husband and wife. The 'evidence' is: you go and find it. This isn't a detective show. usedcars.lexus.co.uk/en/…g6p

Are you twelve? You don't have the reasoning skills of an adult.

A 3 year old 3 series usedcars.bmw.co.uk/veh…79b
A 10 month old 1 series usedcars.bmw.co.uk/veh…527

These aren't bottom of the line either and you don't even need to spend £15k.

Need more examples of better ways to spend money just ask. That's if your old enough to be able to talk to strangers

Is that so? I'm perfectly rational. You have demonstrated the opposite alas.

Again - failed to demonstrate your criteria, which was "mid-range cars 2-3 years old. You'll probably have a similar monthly payment and a car that isn't any less reliable.

How is this suitable given that the monthly payments are over £200 and the deposit is over £2k?

That Lexus is awful. This deal isnt great either.

Because he's trying to prove his own theory. Alas he's now recommended BMWs which are definitely not more reliable than Renaults.

Look, there's nothing wrong with being poor.

I'm not recommending this deal. I voted cold for the reasons mentioned above.

But there is something very wrong with being rude on a thread that you pretend you dont care about. Also try and post a deal on this website before putting down someone else's post. This is a deals community. Not "who can insult/demean the most.com" is it?
All this arguing over a car,why not take the bus! :-)
6k miles a year is probably what people tell the insurance company but in reality its probably about 10k
I'm not an oap and my mileage is less than 6000 miles per year. I spend somewhere between £3k and £4k a year leasing. Not on a French junker though.
