£1.03 it's showing for me, even more of a bargain. Haha

Idk what the difference is but you can get 8 for £2.84 from the UK fast and free Delivery
I wouldn't trust AliExpress for a toothbrush head. It's not going to be Philips brand, it'll likely just roughly fit the handle.
I've never tried the knockoffs but they seem to get mixed reviews - don't fit properly, rattle, don't last as long, even that they have loose bristles - they're typically softer than the Sonicare bristles.

Here's a Youtuber reviewing a few:
I assume these are the same as the Aliexpress offering, as it has the all-turquoise colour head

Do you think they'll fit the loyds chemist sonic toothbrush?

I don't have the Sonicare-copy brush heads, but the official Sonicare heads don't fit the Lloyds Toothbrush (just tried). Different size of "prong".
What's the point of having an expensive toothbrush then using inferior heads?
They won't do the job properly

Very true.
I've used non-Philips heads, some are barely indistinguishable, the last lot didn't fit snugly so rattled, preventing the full power getting to the head. I also like to give the brush a shake after rinsing and the last non-Philips head flew across the bathroom. They also don't last as long. I'd say worth a go at this price but don't expect guaranteed quality.

You can change them more regularly?
