Republic Closing Down - HUGE savings

Found 2nd Jul 2013
The Republic store in Leeds (and I'm guessing nationally) is closing down, with a huge firesale going on. They've slashed prices dramatically and then you get a further 50% off the final ticket price.

The stuff they sell in Republic is a little too "swag" for me, but I found a few bargains that I couldn't turn down.

Yesterday I got three tshirts worth a combined £57 for £13.50
So if you're after some high quality clothing at Primark prices, go take a look!

Not national, Sports Direct are closing stores where the landlord refuses to reduce the rent.

Apologies, national was just an assumption! Leeds store has loooots of stock

Does anyone have a list of stores that are closing down?

The majority of stores closing are those in towns that already have a USC store. This is because USC have taken over Republic and don't feel the need for 2 shops in one town selling the same clothes

Unfortunately nobody told that to H&M or Topman/Topshop in Leeds, both have two within walking distance now lol

Nottingham closed the other week

I went to Ipswich once and there were four Daves and a set of Michaels all on the same street

they said that a couple of months ago that they were closing and they had a big sale and then they stayed open???

Bluewater said closing down but back to business

Horrible store. People take the p!ss out of Primark yet this is no better but the prices are outrageous.Their own clothing range such as Soulcal and Crafted are appalling.

Glad to see that I have traveled further a field than Ipswich, unlike yourself...

Repulsive store. Staff look like failed club reps.
