Great film, intense and bewildering, well reviewed
Darren Aronofsky directs Oscar winners Jared Leto, Jennifer Connelly, Marlon Wayans, and Ellen Burstyn in this hypnotic tale of four people each pursuing their vision of happiness.
Same price on iTunes but in 4k & with iTunes extras (edited)
One for all the family.
Tough watch!
How tough exactly? Cannibal Holocaust? Martyrs? A Serbian Film?
Still haunts me
One of the best films I've ever seen.
Also one of the most harrowing.
A tough watch. But wow. What a bit of work.
Stuck with me more than any other film this. The most depressing film I have ever seen. A great watch though.
Have you seen Melancholia? It's pretty depressing too.
Certainly a powerful film, having watched it years ago its not one I have much desire to see again.
Amazing movie
Rent it, don't buy it. You'll be glad you watched it, you'll be glad to never watch it again.
Great film and book
Don't watch it. Therapy afterwards. Classic though and sadly even more relevant in today's world. (edited)
dont forget the Amazing soundtrack from Pop Will Eat Itself and Englands Finest... Clint Mansell.... with the Lux Aeterna title music being used for used on Sky Sports back in the day....
