Does this stuff actually work?

I think its more of a placebo effect.

If your suffering anxiety, vitamin d.
If this is homeopathic, you'll find the smaller size bottle is more effective.
cures most things, Trump uses it with bleach and prayer

Say goodbye to your loved ones.......
My partner used this for her driving test and she swore by it.
It works for me.
I use it all the time I have severe panic attacks and this helps
it’s basically vodka with some grape in it

Speak for yourself. I've had eczema since I was a toddler & all those steroid ointments for 15+ years only just exasperated the condition.

I had 1 month's supply of a sulfur based homeopathic 'sugar pills', as you'd probably like to put it, and my feet hasn't seen any outbreaks ever since.

Correlation is not causation. The plural of 'anecdote' is not 'data'.

Have you tried Vitamin D? Works for many with eczema too.
