Just bought some in my Local London (SW) store, 6% proof so should be real thing although I can't give feedback on it as it is a bit to early in a day to try it.

Can't find any info on Lidl website

It'll be made from concentrate, so it's not a real cider - real cider being made from %100 apple juice. It's ok for the money. Then again most of the ciders in supermarkets are not real ciders, I would say this is comparable to ciders made from concentrate such as Orchard Pig.
Hmm, possibly Scrumpy Jack but with different packaging to look*/sound** more like a proper cider?

* Pictures of trees, cider apple trees, wooden crates of apples, rolling countryside etc.
** Made up brand like Woodgate, Somersby, then words like Reserve, Finest, Premium and optionally the name of a county.
"Made using traditional methods" whatever that means.
If it's fizzy it's not scrumpy.

Oh well at least I tried, I suppose HUKD is all about Made from real apple, natural, vintage, not fizzy and still too expensive as for £2.49. If people prefer to pay for the branding and packaging Roger_Irrelevant pointed out that this is most likely rebadged Scrumpy Jack for two time the price..

It's not your fault the marketing numpties mislead people.

My issue wasn't with you I was just clarifying to people hoping to get Scrumpy that this isn't scrumpy.
Scrumpy Jack is nothing like a scrumpy. Pity about the slight sparkle, but this is the nearest thing to the real scrumpy, apart from this it's an authentic flavoured Scrumpy. Great value, although not cheap like the old one
