lol

I dread to think how many limited edition tins Play have ruined.

They’ll send £3 DVDs in sturdy card packaging but
heavy boxsets and expensive games in flimsy paper envelopes.

Heat added for the deal and the HMV card packaging

i know, the packaging for £3 dvds is brilliant! a bigger version of that would be ideal for box sets/steelbooks
it must cost them a fortune in refunds and replacements
no logic behind it at all
