In Resident Evil 2, the classic action, tense exploration, and puzzle solving gameplay that defined the Resident Evil series returns. I played it at release on PC, but didnt get too far on it, so looking forward to playing it again and getting that lovely sleeve too!

I don't get how you can blow half their heads off and they still can 'see' you? The only thing that spoilt it a bit for me was how much damage some of the zombies and take. DIE!!!!!!(again)

Great game/remake. The first one was fun as well.

How does this one hold up to the first remake? Loved that because of its nostalgic camera angles. Not really into over the shoulder shooters

I had my doubts as prefer old school RE. However, I was massively impressed with the game.

Mr X moments giving some of the best game tension since Alien Isolation.

Some fantastic memories of playing the original with friends. Waiting until whoever was playing entered a room and making a zombie noise from behind him to **** him up.

If you enjoyed re7 then yes but if not then no , Only reason I liked re7 more was the story and the bosses but here they making a remake off the original and did a amazing job of it .
Also for me I don’t like many games so I would always buy the new version of that game , eg I’m a big forza & grand theft auto fan so will always get the new releases.

if your worried you not going to like it why don’t you pick one up anyway it’s actually £19.91 on music magpie eBay
You can complete it and sell it for the similar price or for a few pounds more

In resident evil 2 , you're actually only supposed to kill the ones in your way, and avoid fighting as many of them as possible to save ammunition.

If you try and kill every single zombie in the game you're gonna have a baaaaaaaaaad time.

I've completed it but some zombies just deserve a good shooting.
