Is resident evil 0 any good

Not as good as Resident Evil (the first one). You need to check the cost of that one alone, or both, to decide.

Much cheaper to get this bundle even if you only want to get resident evil 1 as buying it on its own would set you back 15.99 from psn UK

Won't let me buy it because the PSN is utterly stupid. They gave away RE1 on PS Plus a few years back, which is awesome of course. But as a result, it won't let me buy this set because it says I already "own" the first one.

That's a massive oversight on Sony's part. What if I want to own RE1 outside of Plus? Why don't I have that option? I've tried absolutely everything to buy it and nothing works outside of using a different profile which I don't want to do. Utterly pathetic.

Yeah, it's totally daft. They should allow bundle purchases even if you own one of the titles included in it. It's not ideal but I guess you could create another uk psn account and set the console as your primary then buy the bundle and that way you could still access it using your main psn account.

The only other account I have is a US account. I only use that to buy PS1 classics and the occasional exclusive that we don't get over here. I'd rather not split my digital content with another profile. It's just too much faffing about.

I guess Sony just doesn't care about money. I'll just buy it on disc when I find it cheap.

According to this thread playstation.com/en-…9W/ Apparently you can sort it out by contacting Sony's CS and they can adjust your game licence so that you can purchase stuff on psn but it looks like too much of an effort!

Yeah too much effort. I only wanted this for RE0 anyway. Tbh this set costs around a tenner on disc and I can always sell it on when I'm done. I'll just pick it up that way.
I purchased this as a digital game but definitely worth keeping as a disc copy

Resident Evil 0 is a great game, very much in spirit with part 1. Though the new drop system is irritating, there's no item box so wherever you drop an item, you have to go back and get it from that exact location.

Thus expect backtracking throughout. A lot of it. This got annoying back on the GameCube so expect to have some patience with this one

I hate the fact I can't purchase this bundle as I already own resident evil.
To buy resident evil 0 in its own costs about £15.
I am being punished for buying one of the games in the bundle at a previous higher price!😡

Yeah, psn licence system is broken
I wish they would make the Resident Evil games like this still. Fixed camera with gorgeous graphics and environments.

RE2 remake was visually impressive, yet would have preferred it in the REmake style. What really killed it for me was zombies taking numerous shots to the head and not dying.
