No Silent Hill reductions

Ask on the Blog for this and you shall receive. There is a Halloween sale coming up in the near future, and I'd be surprised if Silent Hill and the HD versions of the Resi titles are not discounted at that point in time. Forbidden Siren would also be a good shout. £5 for a whole series?

Thanks. If anyone has a disc copy of Silent Hill (PS1) lying around they don't want in the meantime, please let me know
Resident evil !! oh how i miss them
will they do a remake in HD of re1, 2 & 3 like with metal gear?
(I own all the other titles on original PlayStation discs, so just) "Namco Museum: Essentials" [PS3] for me.

Thanks Brodie4ever.

Metal gear hd didn't include MGS1, they don't upscale ps1 games because of the native resolution is too low to make it viable graphically, what you'd gain in resolution you'd lose in quality of image

If you pay money for a game with a PS+ discount, then it's yours to keep forever. Anything that is free though usually needs a PS+ subscription to keep playing. By the way, some people don't realise that when your PS+ expires, the free games aren't deleted, they're just inaccessible, so if you buy a PS+ subscription 6 months later (and haven't deleted the free game files from your system), you can continue where you left off!

Any discount taken on "at cost" titles paid for/downloaded during the term of your PlayStation Plus membership will still be able to be used should the membership expire.

It is only titles offered for free (zero cost) as part of the membership that you will be renting forever.
Kind of lame if I'm honest. The least they could do it reduce the Resident Evil PS2 games. £15 is insane.
tut dont own a ps3 so only way can get these on my vita is theu the vita store and doubt they will be reduced on there
these will all be on the vita store except RE2. Resident Evil 2 works fine on the vita if transferred from the PS3 with the content manager on the vita so not a clue why they say they are having problems with the vita version.
??? I'm playing RE2 on the vita just fine and I bought it off the Vita store, it even says Dual Analog version

There's a few on ebay, ranging from 10 to 15 quid looking at sold prices.
NAMCO MUSEUM

"the downloadable compilation will include the original arcade editions of Pac-Man, Galaga, Dragon Spirit, and Xevious. In addition, Namco Bandai is including Xevious: Resurrection, a newly remade version of the top-down shooter for which the publisher promises a high-definition facelift and "enhanced gameplay for today's refined shoot 'em up audience."

In case anyone was wondering (like I was).

Resident Evil 2 works fine on Vita. You just need to transfer it from PS3.
That's a bargain for R4, they need to drop the price on MGS1 though.
Yes! Namco Museum is a great one, it was way too expensive at £7.99 considering how many games you got in the 360 Namco Museum for round about the same price (35!). At £3.99 it's still relatively not good value but what are you going to do
It includes
Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Galaga, Xevious, Dragon Spirit and Xevious Resurrection. Also you get Home stuff like hats, tshirts, statues and arcade cabinets you can put in your 'apartment' and when you use them it boots up the game featured on the cabinet.

RE2 isn't working on the Vita.. It's not letting me transfer from my PS3 and had been removed from the Vita store... My Vita wont detect it on my PS3.... If anyone has a solution.

(before anyone shouts that it can, try it now)

Don't mean to sound patronizing but you have the installation bubble on the PS3 right? Not just the installed game.
:-( bought these last week at £8 each. RE2 works perfectly fine on Vita so I have no idea why they've suddenly removed it.

There was a great remake on the gamecube of RE1 and also MGS1 (the twin snakes). Gamecubes should be a pittance by now so it might be worth looking into. Or just watch playthroughs on YouTube to get an idea of them lol.

The problem with RE2 is that the 'change disc' option isn't working (or didn't, rather). They are aiming to fix this ASAP so that it'll work.

They also did a Wii port of the Gamecube remake, same with Resident Evil Zero too. Gamecube version may be easier to find though.

I really wish Capcom would spend a little cash and remake 2 and 3 in the style of the Gamecube remake...or even just re-do the game with updated models for the characters and redrawn backgrounds in HD/widescreen. It surely wouldn't cost them much and could make them a decent amount of money.

Same here, RE2 and RE3 are working perfect on my Vita, got them ages ago when they were free via PS+, only just got round to playing them now they work directly on the Vita with analogue sticks
Are last week's PS1 Games still on offer?
Great games, I'm playing resident evil 3 on my phone at the moment (xperia play) still great fun to play, saying that I still play super mario world and point and click games from the 90s

Just because it works for you doesn't mean it does for everyone.
