Yes, international airport.Kindest regards

They seem to be direct when I look. Plus, how would a flight from London to New York stop in LA for refuelling when it’s already gone over New York?
Times are abit

Try airbnb for accomodation
Buy a 7 day subway ticket $32 and you can stay anywhere with no travel costs.
Have a return trip on the Staten Island Ferry, it's free. Great views of Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty.
Walk across the Brooklyn Bridge into the sunset from the Brooklyn side to get a great view of the Manhattan skyline. Use subway to get there.
Try Chelsea Market (indoor) for a huge variety of street food and beer.

Bedstuy? Was super cheap when I stayed there almost a decade ago. Crown Brownstone, was a hostel but we had a private apartment suite unit with a few bathrooms, lounge, multiple TVs. Worked out £7.50/night each. Good transport links.
Its kind of annoying that is so absurdly expensive to add a hold bag on all these flights :/
Great price. Thanks OP
British airways are a terrible airline

It's the world's favourite airline, so not sure how you came to that conclusion...

Probably due to my last 2 flights with them their business class is inferior compared to emirates and Singapore and the economy class is like a Ryanair flight

You mean club world? Yeah I heard it's equivalent to Emirates economy class.

Probably gone downhill since the 80s when I used to regularly fly with them...

Absolutely fantastic. Do it before they cancel them
These are great fares (even if you have to pay to add a bag). I was paying circa £250 for an economy return from LHR - NYC nearly 20 years ago.
Fly out from london with a tent on your back, go begging on times square and return a week later in profit. Over xmas they'll be throwing dollars at you. lol.
Nice find

It seems that the big airlines are all discounting their NYC flights this far out - I suppose they have so many daily departures they have to fill their seats somehow!

There's also direct flights with Virgin Atlantic which some may prefer for only £9 more, and timings seem to be a bit more convenient (morning/lunchtime departures and afternoon/evening returns)
Can anymore recommend any decent budget hotels with idea of pricing for about 3 nights please?

Don’t rule out private rooms in hostels, usually good locations but cheaper
londonguy09/12/2019 10:15

They are rumoured to be loss-making and it being a matter of time before they pull the plug on the route
