WeDoFlights have some interesting comments on a few of the tripadvisor threads - cancelling tickets, claiming the price paid was too low and that they required more money to honour the tickets etc.

You pay your money and take your chance, but personally I avoid companies like these, even though I could potentially save a decent bit of money. When Flight Centre used to price match it was great, you could just send them proof of the current price, they'd check it and match it. Shame no one seems to do that now/
I guess it's all down to how much you are willing to put up with to save money. 13 to 14 hours is a LONG journey and "hand luggage only" for a trip to North America is a joke so you'd have to find out how much extra they charge for checked bags. Still, hopefully it will work for someone.
Another excellent find!

Book direct with Air France for £180.... peace of mind
Weather will be nice

Lay overs, hand luggage only, brutal weather, iffy company supplying the deal.

Just not worth it, these deals are filthy cheap and all the punter gets is hard work!

Great prices, just too early for the rugby league fixtures sadly!
