I just came across this while browsing and thought it was a great deal! No good for me as I'm going in January, but it might help someone else out :-)

I'm going to remind you of this next time you accuse me of costing you lots of money (_;) tut tut - thanks for sharing Tom xxx

I just got back from Reykjavik last week. Incredible country. I'd go back in a heartbeat. (At this price, I may just...)

Hottt

Are these insane deals only for specific dates?

I would like this price for a week...

This popped up for me for this certain date, there's under £100 for a few though.

Nice one, is it just a case of changing start/end date to see what comes up then?

Each time I've been I've stayed at the Klopp Centerhotel, relatively cheap, friendly staff, dead central and decent rooms.

As for tours, you can usually book these when you get there after researching where you'd like to go, loads of tour operators in the city centre. The Golden Circle is probably most popular but I found it a little boring truth be told. Highlights for me were visits to Gullfoss, Snæfellsnes, Þingvellir national park, Urriðafoss, Hekla, Jökulsárlón, and visiting the famous US Navy DC-3 plane wreck.

Highly recommend going on one of the monster truck excursions available, will take you well off the beaten path to places where the landscape is stunning.
