There's been some cracking fares lately but this, I think, is one of the best.

You have to book on Expedia.com.br (other Brazilian websites available and slightly cheaper but personally I prefer Expedia in case it all goes Pete Tong).

Many dates available between Oct 2014 and Feb 2015. The sample dates in this deal are out 12/01/15, in 24/01/15.

Out of LGW, returning LGW you get 2 of the 4 flights on Airbus A380s. If you want to come in to LHR you get 3 of the 4 flights on Airbus A380s. Same price.

Fare is supposed to end today, but as I type it's still on. Could be pulled any time.

No fuel surcharge from Brazil, coupled with great fare, makes this a steal.

Also £344 to Singapore and slightly more to Kuala Lumpur.

Folks this fare is ending today. The Dublin departing fares ended at 03:00 on their ending day. It's now 12:25 and these fares are currently still bookable, but I don't know for how long.

I was booking my honeymoon to go a little earlyer in January next year but at this price we can afford to be flexible.

Its under qatar, as UK (no idea why!)
Just as a comparison checked Expedia UK and for 2 people, the cheapest was £996 from Gatwick. Therefore just hooked on Expedia Brazil from Gatwick, for 2 people approximately £640 (approximately as I do not know the credit card and if expedia will charge a further £39 - see earlier threads). Have paid by credit card just in case something goes seriously wrong with the booking!
How do you use google translate to translate the website as it's not working?

Absolutely astounding deal. I've recently returned from 18 nights (Jan/Feb) in southern Thailand and paid £1120 for 2 of us for Birmingham to Phuket with Emirates via Dubai which I thought was good.

Using this deal, I've just paid £630 for the 2 of us for 29 nights with the same airline from Heathrow. My wife has walking difficulties and the service she received from this airline was excellent. Food OK - alcohol was free.

Someone asked about Thailand in Jan/Feb. Best time to go for weather. Also a little quieter after the Xmas/New Year rush. We had blue skies all the way - not a hint of rain - and humidity is at it's annual lowest. Hotel prices (in the south) seemed to be about 40% more than in our summer months but still reasonable.

Just hope it all goes through as this seems to good to be true..

What sort of alcohol is free, i've only ever flown with tour operates before, so quite looking forward to this
has anyone found this flight cheap with a stop over in dubai all within the xmas school holiday period?
Peeps, don't be put off using the Brasilian site of Expedia.
I've just returned from a holiday yesterday to Australia open jaw (into Mel, out of Per) with a layover in Singapore for £480 return from Manchester with Qantas. Tip: if using a UK card, ring your bank to let them know to accept payments in Brasil otherwise it may get declined.

I incurred a £30 booking fee from Expedia and a non-sterling transaction fee of £13.

It works on all routes that Emirates/Qantas fly, so from Birmingham, Newcastle to Aus, Bangkok, KL, Singapore. DEAL!

Thanks for the Info, thought booking fee already added, will wait and see if they do. Paid by Halifax Clarity card, no non-sterling transaction fee, saved a bit of money.
for school holidays anything between

17th Oct - 2nd Nov (half term)

19th Dec - 5th Jan (xmas hols)

looking for 10-14 nights with dubai stopover

(won't consider 7 nights, because of time and distance to thailand
travel is 16 hours so its one day there and one day coming back all you get is just 5 days in thailand)

To be clear, I meant alcohol is free on the flights. We flew Emirates Economy and have done so on several occasions. Wines, beers, spirit miniatures all complementary. You can pay extra (£12 I think) for a small bottle of champers!!
Hi there,

Anyone know if you can change passenger details after booking, and if there are charges for this? Our second child is being born in August and would like to fly in January but obvious don't know name/passport details yet. If I put something in for now, can I change later when i have these details?
safe to fly around that area?
