Good price , have some heat..

Anyone know of a cheap transfer from Treviso airport to Venice?

cold then

Make sure you bring plenty of spending money, eye wateringly expensive tourist trap if you're not careful.

There is an airport for Venice, Marco Polo. These flights are for Treviso and should be listed as such.

We went there in August and paid 20 euros each return for the airport Transfer bus. You can buy the tickets here http://www.atvo.it/en-treviso-airport.html
Well worth it, Venice is a truly beautiful place and doesn't have to be expensive if you eat in the right places and buy a 1 or 2 day Travel Card for the Vaporetto Water Buses.

Decent

Visit Treviso, Roncade if you do head to venice! It's well worth it

More so than others. A simple coffee in that famous square is like £10. £15 for a slice of standard pizza. Etc

So don't eat there - every guide book available will tell you this !

We had lunch 2 course for less than 15 quid each in one the other squares

You know what I really miss those wacky deals , still try search for them hoping to find something, but I think they stopped them and have basic fly rates now . May due to managing Thier fleet more effectively only selling enough seat to meat demand . Ending flash sale 1p sales

What dates are 26?

Venice is a beautiful place and like everything else manage your finance and you can really have a great time on a small budget , depends how many stars you want your hotel to be , or how fancy ur cafe or restaurant is to eat in . I went with my wife managed on a budget had a great time , combined with the Ryanair flights was a bargain , however we did also pay €20 Airport coach transfers which was more expensive than our flight . .lolz but great times

Why state fly.com when the flights are with Ryanair? Or does HUKD get a bigger payment from traffic directed to fly.con than it does for Ryanair?

I went last year and jsut of the square, literally round the corner, we had two whole pizzas, wine, beer and water for around £40.

Just have to be smart!

You can also have an Aperol spritz and unlimited 'buffet' for £3 and glasses of house wine for £1, if you go to the right places. Actually Venice can be one of the cheaper places in Italy, to eat and drink at least.

Very true!
The cicchetti bars all around venice are the best place for light eating and drinking.
House wines for €1.50 a glass. Aperol spritz for €2. Appetizers and open sandwiches for €1.

That's what I meant by "if you're not careful". Any of the main tourist areas are horrendously expensive, so you need to go 5-10~ mins off the beaten track to find sane prices. I spent 3 days walking around the main areas, and never once saw prices anywhere near the ones you are quoting. Can you name the places you saw those prices?

Ooh, hot from me. was just fancying popping over to Venice.

I visited Venice with my two year old in November, so I was wearing plastic boots and he was sitting g in a rucksack style baby carrier, I carried him around for 4-5 hours nin stop loved the place. And I agree Venice being expensive if you are one of those "square restaurants" eaters. I never eat in squares, they are always rip off and not friendly, there are lots of great places in tiny streets of Venice, you just need to find them. So saying Venice is expensive is like saying drinking tea in hilton is expensive
