Hi

I was looking for some beginners Astronomy Binoculars and came across these. The reviews are really good and it seems like your getting a lot for your money

£49 + £3.90 postage so £52.90 all in

Reading reviews of 15x70 binoculars (including these ones) you can see the 4 Galilean moons around Jupier (tripod required) as well as most of the Messier 100 Objects

Cheers

They have great eye relief especially with the cups folded down. Bright sharp images. 15 x is a sweet spot for this frame with the 70mm objective lens. If you hold the binoculars at the end of the objective lenses you can minimise the shake and they are not too heavy. I think for under £50 they are a revelation!

Binoculars are a good introduction to astronomy, better than a cheap telescope. However, I think you will have difficulty holding these steadily enough without a tripod, and using a tripod takes away the freedom of movement, which is one of the advantages of using binoculars.

I have these and they are fantastic. they aren't light weight but if you hold them by the barrel closer to the end you can get pretty stable.

if you want compact and lightweight these aren't for you but they have great optics and only a tiny amount of chromatic aberration.

The location this will be posted to seem rather draconian. I presume they are a mistake.

Don't mind them being a little bulky if the quality is good
