I guess this would go under entertainment, as there isn't a section for big kids toys.

I've just found this on Amazon (and ordered). The next best price I can find for this is £49.99. There are some other ones for around £30 on eBay, but I don't know the sellers.

Good deal but not a very good build on these. Had one that took a slight knock and didn't work after that.
Are you sure its the same one? I've seen a video of these bouncing of walls, and even being stood on and still flying ok.

Have to disagree with you completely. We got 2 of these off the lightning deals for about this price. The batteries have been charged about 10 times now and they fly brill and are vey strong. Still look like new. Was a bit worried before Christmas with the lack of reviews but they are excellent. I can't recommend these enough. I have just bought another.

Why cold?
Why cold?
I believe there are people who will vote cold because.

1. It's not of interest to them.
2. It's not in their price range.
3. They have had a bad day.
4. They bought it for a higher price before Christmas.
5. They don't like my accent.

There are many reasons, unfortunately they will not comment about where they can find it cheaper. Which is what a deal site is about???
Good find
I found it by mistake, I was looking for calibration guidelines for a Revell micro quadcopter proto quad. Which I bought at Costco.
Dont think the link takes you to the same quad. Stats on Amazon says indoor use only (10m coverage) and the chap in the YT link is outside and flying it at 30 metres !!!

They are both the same, when he unboxes it you can see its the Reyvore. (when are Amazon correct on product details)?

It says 100m on the Revell website.
Lowest price yet from camelcamelcamel, £50 at begining of December! Tempted to get one as fill-in/learner until I finally get my Micro Drone 3.0.
Pity no 4k gimble mounted, stablised camera with FPV, but hey-ho....;)
If you like quads, have a look at this.

Ordered! Will have to explain to the wife in the morning.
Thanks OP just ordered mine should be here Tuesday heated added
Glad I could help.
oops bought one. Thanks
£22.69 now. Getting hotter every minute.
The price with Amazon fluctuates with the financial market. So it's a live exchange rate for them, which is why you often see small price changes.
Ordered for £22.68. Nice find there Op!.

Had a Proflight Quake for Christmas but a slight knock took it out of action after about 3 minutes...here's hoping I get more lasting fun out of this one
a little quick research shows it to be the same as dromida omnius which gets good reviews at the 50quid mark. so heat from me and one on its way. cheers op
Wanted a syma x8 but missed the recent deal so bought this as a stopgap.
Does anyone know where to find extra batteries for it please? Thanks
30% off code doesnt work so coming in at £27
Blimey thats a good price, given the quality of these compared to the millions of others on the market (from what I have read in the last minute).

This or Hubsan X4?

I'm not sure what your on about? The 30% link has nothing to do with this. that's added by hotdeals not me, the price is without having to put any additional codes in.

If you're desperate then gearbest (eurgh) have it for £40.09.

Probably find some voucher taking it under £40 which is about the cheapest I've seen it. I've got one and its superb, range is amazing on stock transmitter, easily 300m - some have reported it going as far as 500m when flying a good distance off the ground. Its a decent weight too, so a small breeze doesn't really affect it.
I've added a syma x5 FPV kit for £35 to mine - has everything you need and transmitter is 250mw which is pretty powerful, and with line of sight about matches the range of the quad.

Only bad thing about the x8c is the shocking charger which takes 3 hours to charge and give 10-12 min flight time, and the awful camera it comes with. Chuck the camera, but keep the mount as thats what I used to attach my fpv kit.

If this is the same, just a re-branded version, then it should be durable.

The guy in this video puts the Dromida through a few crash tests.

I can't seem to find if this is mode 1 or 2.

Its over £20 and direct from Amazon, so should be free Postage. You'd be better contacting their customer services,

This or Hubsan X4?

I've got the original x4, and the x4 h107c and its a cracking little thing, well built and spares are cheap and plentiful. Also pretty east to fly (expert mode is too mental indoors) and happily hovers with little trim adjustments. Soldering is a b*stard but the 107c seems more robust that the 1st gen.

Saying that, this looks even better value and has longer flight times, haven't looked if motors are plug and play like the x8c or require soldering like the x4. If I didn't have a smaller quad for indoor flying, I'd have added this to my basket already.
What is the difference between this and a Syma X11? The last time there was a quadcopter thread people said that was was the one to get. Also it has guards around the blades which is good as I can't hurt anyone including myself haha

I know this is probably ferrari vs fiat in scale, but be careful with this things around children: telegraph.co.uk/new…tml

The price has gone up and down by a few quid 4 times in the last half an hour. Keep trying to buy one but the wife turnes over every time I get near the buy button........ Annnnnnd bought it at £25.04 Dreading telling her in the morning, especially as I bought a syma x5sw earlier doh.
Now it's £25.50
Every time I refresh the Amazon page, the price changes between £25.05 £25.50 and £25.49. What's that all about. It was at £22.64 the very first time I looked. I know it's late but am I going bonkers.
Dammit just bought one. I'm out of control.
Ordered at £22.64
Blue version is £55. Green best for eyeballing it I'd imagine!
