Ditto, how embarrassed I felt last year, cashier didn't have a clue about it, had to call manager, I was waiting about 10minutes holding up a ever growing disgruntled queue of people giving me dagger's! I was given the Spanish inquisition then had to walkaway empty handed as they couldn't or wouldn't sought the transaction out! A total joke, never again! (_;)
i think i will use it unclog my toilet

There are 2 types of paypoint machines. The newer ones have a barcode scanner attached, which is straightforward for the cashier. However, the older ones require the cashier to access the menus on the machine and input the code manually. Unfortunately, a lot of the staff in the small shops do not speak English, and cannot follow the written English instructions.

you joking? it was sainsburys and it took the store manager and the cashier, all of whom spoke perfect english, 15 minutes to read the 2 pages of instructions to get it to work. i won't be claiming this again.

I had the same in Asda, two fluent English-speaking staff members couldn't work out how to make my coupon work, so one of them eventually just fobbed me off with 'sorry, we don't accept home-printed coupons'. After I watched her try to work out how to put it through their tills for 10 minutes.
tried this at coop last time these were going & no one had a clue what to do with it gave up in the end
no thanks, i don't wan't cancer/diabetes and i'd rather not support a multi national company that's been linked with unethical practices around the world

Ditto!
reward yourself with good health and teeth by not drinking this stuff...if it can be used to clean dirty/rusty coins then imagine what damage it can do to your insides
