A well regarded pair of in ear headphones, cheaper than competitors. I stumbled across this deal after going to purchase a set in my local richer sounds at £89.95, after being put through the till along with giving an email address they were discounted to £69.95. Looking at their site simply giving your email address signs you up to their VIP club under which these are discounted.

RHA are an absolute pleasure to deal with if anything goes wrong- top company making excellent gear

Although these buds deliver great sound, I found the build quality lacking. Through general office use over the period of 9 months, the cable sheathing split on both sides, then shortly after lost sound in one side.

I bought them, naïvely, from a seller called geekanoids on Amazon, who gave the item the title 'RHA MA750i Noise Isolating In-Ear Headphone with remote and microphone - 3 year warranty'.

RHA didn't want to know (as seller was not RHA approved), geekanoids continued to point me towards RHA and insisted that it was amazon's fault the item title stated it had a 3 year warranty, even though that only applied to approved RHA resellers.

I spent far too much time trying to get the matter sorted, but gave up, as none of the parties admitted responsibility.

Hope you loved my story!

Thanks for the info, from what I've read the cable does seem to be vulnerable at one particular point which is disappointing but with a 3 year warranty I can live with it. Looks like richer sounds is on the approved seller list on their site though rha-audio.com/uk/…ers

I owned the RHA-CA200 and the sound quality was excellent. I have never owned a more "in your face" sound quality headphones before. Shame the build quality was terrible and it broke in a year or two. I look forward to buying more RHA products in the future...Maybe if they weren't so overpriced.

very seldom on offer this brand. they dont even seem to see the usual daily pennies fluctuation in amazon pricing which impacts almost everything.

coincidentally ive just used the 3 year warranty on a pair of T10i headphones. completed the warranty form around 3pm on 22nd december, a coupke of emails back and forth to confirm shipping details, and a new boxed retail pack replacement pair was received in the post on christmas eve. I have to send back the faulty pair but only after receiving a working pair so im not without headphones.

Previously i emailed RHA to ask where i could buy repalcement ear buds as i wasnt sure what size would replace their own ones and, as they werent selling the ear foams on their own at that point in time, they sent me half a dozen packs of the style and size earphone i preferred free of charge.

my T10i replaced a pair of shure 435s. i never felt the T10is were *quite* as good as the 435s but they do cost a hundred quid less. i had a good (but much slower) experience with shure and had 2 warranty replacements on the 435s, but then , at work, someone knocked them off of my desk and rolled their chair over one of the earpieces crushing the polycarbonate ear canal. This was why i went for the stainless steel T10is in the end...i was so tempted to step up to the shure 500 range inears but i just couldnt justify carrying around 350 quids worth of earphone in my pocket, especially as they has been fairly fragile.

This brands sound reproduction is neautral but excellent. Note that RHA headphone sound quality doesnt seem great initially, certainly on the higher end ones, they need a few hours (40) of running in before they really reach their peak sound quality.
