Cambridge Audio DACMagic XS reduced by 50% to £49.95 looks like a decent deal. Tempted to pick one up. They're offering 30-day money back guarantee on it too.

Richersounds Never normally have any stock when they have a decent deal on offer.
I think they must just have 1 of each item on offer just for advertising purposes, many of times I have travelled miles to their store for an item that is on offer to be told...... oh we have sold out.

Just seen this, thought they would have some decent 4k tv's included......

Yamaha sound at at £99 looks like a great deal!

Some amazing deals in there. I'm guessing each and everyone will be posted individually very shortly.

This seems a good … This seems a good deal:http://www.richersounds.com/product/tv---all/lg/55lb561v/lg-55lb561vEspecially with 5 year guarantee!

That's the one that stuck out, good for big screen but let down by no webOs or 3d and only 2 HDMI so very paired down.

can't go wrong with that LED 40inch for £150 with 5 year warranty ,,, won't be the best tv but great for the spare room !! like u said tho bet there is 1 in the whole country !!!

"Sorry we don't have any more in stock, can I interest you in this similar but substantially more expensive model?"

Richer Sounds sale handbook 101.

The BenQ W1070 for £399.95 with free 5 year guarantee looks a bargain.

Have been holding out for a good 4K deal this Friday, not much on the Richer site but cheapy screens. Best I've found so far is Panasonic in southampton. Anyone got anything similar? panasonicsouthampton.co.uk/adv…y=0

Any of the knowledgeable audiophiles reading this thread care to offer an opinion about the Cambridge Audio Minx Xi?

I don't have this bit of kit but I did have cambridge audio amps and cd player and they were rubbish. My son works overseas and can buy Sonos wifi/bluetooth/airplay gear from Best Buy and its the best. I think Cambridge Audio gear has gone downhill.

I have just ordered the Samsung UE40H6400. I was torn between these same sets but after reading many of reviews and forums I decided on the samsung. This is was the review comparison that swung it for me as I will not be using my for any games. I was also considering the UE40H5500.

There is a lip sync issue with the H6400, google it. The internal tuner has some problems and it's unclear on AV Forums if it's been fixed or not. I won't be using the Freeview so this is of no concern to me.

I was hoping for some good headphones

I think it's the LG42580V not the 85

Quite a few of those items were that price for months, stick 'Black Friday' on it and they fly out the door!

I'm sure the SAMSUNG UE40H5500 was this price yesterday?

Anyone convince me not to get this TV?

been looking at the LG at Argos and the One at curry's PC world.

the 5 year warranty and the fact that I have a samsung phone and tablet is pushing me towards this one. 42" is the max i can go to due to cabinet size.

thanks.

Use the bloody phone 'mate' and reserve one; it works for me with RS.
If you drive x miles on the off chance and they have no stock whose fault is that? Yours of course.

Oh man... so tempting... hate this day... it puts my credit cards under pressure!

Added some heat. Picked up a nice A/V amp!

John Lewis have the UE40H6400 for £379 at the moment johnlewis.com/sam…188
Edited by: "ahenry" 27th Nov 2014

People on here slagging off RS. their customer service and knowledge blows everyone else out the water. They know what they sell and sell you want you want not what their boss wants rid of. Ring a branch before going and they will put your name on it. Done it with last ones of denon dvd players and Onkyo kit.

Re Cambridge Audio, RS get all their CA stuff stupidly cheap. They will always try and sell you Cambridge Audio as an alternative to what you've gone in for because they make a much bigger profit on it.

Seen a shed load of tellies being delivered to the store in Liverpool on Friday morning oO

Simple solution to that is to phone ahead and check...

I like the look of the yamaha yas 152 soundbar for £100. Anyone got one? Or can recommend another in the same price bracket with Bluetooth
