Very low cost colour networked and duplex laser printer. Works with most versions of Windows and Mac OS.

Up to 16 pages per minute print speed
Up to 2400 x 600 dpi Print Resolution
64MB Memory
Automatic Duplex (60-90 gsm)
USB & Network
Ships with 1000 Sheet Starter Toners
2 Year Warranty

REFILL kits for the toner can be had for around £14 per colour (2000 page yield), or just under £50 for a set of 4.

Would be suitable for low volume printing, so if you're planning on printing a library, you will probably be better off looking for a printer with cheaper toners.

Compared to the good Dell printer deal that 'wishihadadonkey' posted, you would be on equal cost terms after two toner changes, but will have printed slightly more pages from this one. The Dell would be cheaper to run after that.

Hmmm tempted
Really good price for the whole package. Nice.
Tempted, if only it had AirPrint
The wifi version is Ricoh SPC250DN A4 Colour Laser Printer
Amazon sell it for £79.98 and is out of stock at present but can still be added to your basket
See amazon.co.uk/gp/…OLE
I don't need third printer
Really textbook deal presentation topss. Heat just for the detailed objective post!
And just now it came to my attention your contribution on the lingerie thread. I nominate you hukder of the week
I remember in the late 90's when my school got it's first colour laser printer, having cost over a grand (in 1998 money!).

The amazon reviews are pretty poor, but at 2p-4p per page you can't argue even if you don't refill it when you're done. It helps to justify the massive waste of energy and resources extracting the raw materials, creating the product then shipping it half way around the world.

but 2p per page!

Mixed reviews but after checking online I found positive ones by proper companies.
Is it easier to return to Tesco or Amazon and is it worth takin out the extra warranty with Tesco?

I use burned Ricoh printers as toner in my own laser printers which I then spend energy grinding up and using as toner for my posh laser printer. I only use that printer to send letters to myself telling me what a cad I am. Whatcha gonna do tree hugger?

Contribute to slowing planet wide environmental collapse by building a house from my collection of single use Ricoh laser printers. Warm toasty laser drums and an array of flashing "toner" LEDs to rival Blackpool illuminations will keep my carbon footprint to under 3 billion metric tonnes per quarter whilst also ensuring a localised increase in lung cancer cases to cut other people's lifetime footprint. flawless logic is flawless.

All three links are for Box.co.uk (Amazon and Tesco are just the sellers marketplace) Amazon would probably be the better bet for returns in the very short term, but never had a problem with Box themselves either. After 30 days, it will be Ricoh who provide a 2 year warranty on the unit. Personally I wouldn't both with any extra paid for warranty. If a £40 printer lasts 2 years, that seems decent value to me.

Great price........
pretty good deal, use and dump it get a new one
That Dell one doesn't have duplex though.
Power consumption: Maximum 1.3 kW

Blimey, that's juicy!

Cheapest mono laser I can find is another Ricoh one. The SP 201N at around £25. Toner REFILLS are around £15 on ebay. If you would prefer replacement toners rather than refills then the Brother HL-1110 at around £38.00 (Amazon) has compatibles available on ebay at 2 for £10. You'll need to search for the links, not on a PC at the moment.

Obviously running costs are all dependent on how much printing you need, the cheapest initial cost isn't always the cheapest to run.

If you're able to place this non-WiFi (or generally any printer with ethernet) printer near to your router or a switch, then you should be able to print to it wirelessly.

Thanks for that..Any ones with colour scanner too and ideally WiFi..??
Amazing what you can get for less than £40. My first laser cost me £600 second hand and did not include duplex and Ethernet, Might get one just for the price alone

Will this work with Windows 10?
Does it need to be close to my router or can I plug into my PC? Sorry if these are silly questions!

Yes Windows 10 drivers are available.

Can be plugged in to PC by USB like any other printer etc or you can plug it in to a router/switch by Ethernet.
Great deal.
Can also buy through eBay and pickup from Argos.
Ordered. For £40 it's got to be worth a gamble !
Heat for the presentation Topps! Good deal too! My current Ricoh CL2100 needs a new PDU, so this might the time....

Power consumption: Maximum 1.3 kWBlimey, that's juicy!

All laser printers are similar, because they contain a heater to melt the toner in order to fuse it to the paper. That consumption is only intermittent, though, even when printing continuously.
Shame it's not the SPF version. No need for yet just another printer but a MFD would of been another matter.
Heat added though ..,,,,
Excellent, ordered one. Was looking for a colour laser after my faithful old Epson Stylus SX210 decided to pop a magenta cartridge such that everything is coming out a shade of blue/yellow and no amount of cleaning or new cartridges has made a difference. Time to retire it.

This is a bargain! Hope it performs well, and that service/returns are ok from Box via Amazon.
