Having just been to my parent's house which got burgled this evening, I was looking for a deal for one of these. I thought I missed out on some of the deals posted on HUKD, but found this Costco deal which seems great and going to get now (x2 one for parents hoise and one for mine). But also thought I'd shared here too. Already got a doorbell offer during last deal, and just built a shed which I could use this kit with.

    Costco Southampton has the 12 piece alarm for £239.99 in store. Think the only difference is one more door contact.

    I'm confused, is it 11 or 12 piece? Product title says 11 but description says 12.

    Its a little like they do on Amazon so its an 11 piece set but they throw in a free camera its just not well worded in either Costco or Amazon site.

    In fact just for even more confusion if you add the Amazon one to basket it reads as

    I bet you have to have a salty nonsense subscription to fully enjoy the system or to have access to the main vital functions of an alarm system ... (edited)

    I think that’s if you want Ring to phone up to three emergency telephone numbers you nominate when a security incident occurs. Oh and I if your internet goes down it can use a cellular connection as a backup. My cousin replaced their Yale alarm with ring and they like it. But they don’t have a subscription.
