£199 is pretty much the default price so not really a deal.
So how good are these at picking up faces and number plates at night. Assume they have night vision not just spot lights?

Default price is £249 so no, this is an offer price, the last offer price I saw a few weeks back was £179 but it was very limited and stock went fast, so this is currently a good offer with plenty of stock

Still not a deal...and I guess I’m not the only one that thinks that going by how cold it is in here.

The cold/hot thing doesn't work on this site , for example one comment says they got it for less a few months ago so they've probably voted it cold, but currently it's a deal, you tell me another reputable company which is currently selling it at that price, I don't think you understand the meaning of the word 'deal'
Look at the historical price of these and they regularly go for less. So unless anyone is desperate for one right now I would advise them to wait as no doubt it will be cheaper not too far around the corner. I purchased 2 in the past one for £159 and the other £169 so in my eyes not a deal.

Where from? I can't find cheaper than Argos at the moment?
I didn’t say it was available cheaper right now...re-read my post.

I badly worded.
Where did you purchase your items at those prices? I may enquire with that retailer as to their current price as I can't find cheaper than Argos at the moment.

P.S. I figure it was Wickes.
P.S.2. Amazon just price matched at £199

It was a stupid comment to make though, this site is about current deals, if everyone said 'Oh it was cheaper than that on black Friday ' then this site would be pointless, it's about the current best deals

Bal10/02/2019 14:26

Is it not a deal then...it’s cheaper?

Not really no, much easier to simply take back to Argos should there be a fault, still awaiting your link to where it's currently £159

Let it go? You're the one that made the pointless comment in the first place , so let's just agree to disagree, there are much more important things in this world

Sure, if it makes you feel better.
Oh BTW remember when I said that there’s always a deal around the corner....

How about £179.10 direct from Ring.....trust that’s not too random for you.... I rest my case.

PROTECTSUBSCRIBER doesn't work for me even though I have a subscription. Any ideas why?

Think you're commenting on the wrong deal, that code is for the ring website and only work if you're a premium subscriber , more than one device etc

I know it's for the Ring website, which is where I tried it. I realised afterwards it doesn't work if you just have the basic subscription. Cheers

That’s strange because it works for me without logging in and having cleared my cookies and cache so it doesn’t know If I have a subscription or not.

I think it's checking the email address you use during checkout. Because it shows the discount for me until billing stage.
Do you have a subscription and are using the same email address? Did you try getting to the billing page?
