Price just dropped on this - saving around £55 from buying individually elsewhere and its the V2 doorbell not the V1. Bundle is £338 at Currys.
Monitors your home from your phone or tablet via app, 2 way audio communication and 2 ultra bright LED floodlights. Custom motion sensors and infrared night vison and 110dB alarm as well which you can activate manually from the app to scare people / animals off. Alerts you day or night when the motion detector detects movement.

Double up on home security with this smart bundle from Ring. The black security camera is great for putting up in the garden to monitor any activity, while the video doorbell will always show you who’s at your front porch. You can control them both with your smartphone or laptop, and watch live footage whether it’s light or dark thanks to night vision. Plus, the camera records in Full HD quality, meaning all your footage will be super-clear, and it comes with a floodlight to ward off any unwanted visitors. What’s more, the doorbell also has two-way audio, so you’ll be able to chat to any visitors before inviting them inside.

Please note, to use the Ring security camera and video doorbell, you’ll need to download the free Ring app, which is compatible with all iOS and Android devices.

Decent price as Ring Flood Light cam on its own cost £199.
Now im more confused to either get this or the doorbell with chime and 6 months of cloud

I hate that they made the cloud thing such a cash grab and idk if it's true or not whether you can view the recordings without the cloud? Can someone let me know plz thx

Just looking at this myself. Hate the thought of being forced to pay for a subscription to access recorded footage. Looking at ways to integrate it with Zoneminder or at the very least back it up to my NAS. Looks possible after a quick search depending how tech savy you are. Seems a URL to a SIP stream is available so it should be doable. Would make an interesting project.

Some interesting info. A fella has written his own Ring API github.com/dav…ot/
i jumped in and bought one of the ring doorbells and two of the flood lights, they are ok, I have issues with mine that i have not been able to resolve, and there are occasions where i simply cannot go online to the camera, i have three friends who also have them and they have the same issues. also what they dont tell you is after your free trial you have to pay a monthly fee to view your recorded footage, in my case its £2.50 per camera per month. or £8 per month for unlimited cameras,
How do you know this is Ring Doorbell V2 and not V1?

Model number and picture

Is there non-cloud data camera equivalent to the Ring? I am thinking Swann etc?
