Yes that would make sense. I tend to avoid the Brazil nut biscuits and the triple chocolate for that very reason (lol)

OLDSKOOL

I think they taste nicer myself, I presume they are a bit fresher than store bought. No idea who makes the brazil nut biscuits, but I used to eat a pack a day for a while when they came out! The tea is fantastic and that really is because they make it and deliver it within about 2 weeks if I remember rightly. I used to love the Extra Fresh. They are rebranded Tunnock's. I was a Ringtons employee for many years. Good tea though!

See I thought they must be myself but I’ve compared them and the Ringtons do seem slightly different, the biscuit base in the malllows for example and they do taste nicer. The rest of the family say the same but I did wonder if it was just the mind playing tricks. I haven’t tried the tea so will give it a go.

They haven't revealed it, I've ordered and it says in T&Cs just order and the team will put something extra in your order :) I don't know if it will be different for everyone or the same thing but if I receive mine before the end of the deal I'll update the post for you :)

This is plastic, so no thanks. Would rather stick to stainless steel.

You can just swill it out, though I tend to scrape out the larger leaves first as I don't want to put them down the sink. On Amazon somebody says you can pull out the filter but I haven't managed to, I may just need to pull a bit harder. But that's really not necessary for cleaning out the leaves.

rich_jtg

How do you get the used tea leaves out of the infuser afterwards?

rainbow21

I know it was worth a try paid £20 for mine at T2

They are really good try one you might be happily surprised!
