lol

Their not that bad, seriously. I used to buy these before they got those Maxell (Taiyo Yuden Dye) Silver-Tops in, and there really OK. Burned old and new Xbox games on them, PS2, films, DVD's etc, never had a problem.

Overprints can be hit and miss. I've had Rivision overprints that are perfect but others with water marks and scratches all over them. At £6.99, its worth a punt. I think postage is around £4 though.

Actually, I think it was more like £7 actually! Bit of a rip if your not buying in bulk i suppose. I did throw in the 1p No Fear kite though

You've bought 2000? Because? :? 2000 discs over a year means using over 150 discs a month, that's some heavy usage.

Postage £6.17 :whistling:

Cos' their so cheap, why else? :? I ran out of disks a month or two ago now, and my external HD is becoming bloated!

I got 20 tubs mate, and postage was a shade under £7 (with VAT) Considering the price, I doubt these will be in stock by the time the fee delivery code comes around again. Equivelent media on SVP at the low end of the price scale are becoming out of stock quite quickly recently.

I do agree that the delivery price is taking the p!ss if your buying low quantities or lightweight items on SVP

£13.98 with the delivery and VAT. Not that great at that price.

You can get TDK

Really? Your gonna have to post a link cos' i can't find them on there! I'm all for people getting the best deal, so posting alternate deals better than this one I've posted would be appreciated

EDIT: Found em ;-)

]Quite right, good deal! Actually, in bulk this is not such a good deal, as you pay £4.50 postage 'per' item/KG, not per order

Why didn't you post this deal on HUKD!?

Not sure if the link will work try it

If you type "TDK DVD+R 16x 4.7gb Cakebox 100pk" in the search you should find it from KIKATEK I believe.

TDK DVD+R 16x 4.7gb Cakebox 100pk " in the serach box it should come up.

I am not putting it as a deal because is the marketplace, but just thought to share it in here in case it helps.
I don't like DVD+R but if you are doing data then this is pretty much the same. Maybe for some old DVD player they might not work. Not sure if the XBOX 360 or PS3 can read DVD+R though.

In my eperience DVD+R have always been problematic when using in games consoles. I always stick to DVD-R to be honest.

They blamed the courier and haven't got back to me for several weeks.

Can't argue with you there to be honest. I'd love is someone suggested a good cheap AND reliable alternative to SVP, but there doesn't seem to be one. Haven't had a problem with any orders since they changed hands a while back, so I've yet to test how good their returns & support is now.

Is the lack of love for SVP the main reason these aren't viewed as so hot a deal? I can understand if that's the case ;-)

WOW it looks like we have to be extra careful in here these days, we have so many insiders from the companies. Well I guess that could play both ways.

[email protected] can I ask you a question why is the postage so expensive? does it really cost you £6+ to send those DVDs ? or do you make profit that way ?

I probably would have ordered for you this deal but paying the same for the delivery than for the item is just against my nature

Sadly we don't. I promise you if we could give free del to everyone all of the time we would. Can't go into to much detail without self promoting but we really will be working to make this better

Got my order today, including my No Fear kite!

Everything arrived in A1 condition. I understand the postage charge making this a bit of a bum deal for a single purchase, but surely a bulk purchase would make this a hot deal? :?

Please show me where you can buy disks in bulk for cheaper than this deal?
