Gonna need a lot of odds and sods to make it usable but with win 10 pro pretty good! For a family pc just for Amazon and online shopping is a bargain if you have a monitor, wi-fi dongle, external h/d etc. And of course I will be playing all those fab FPS games on hi-res. (Ok maybe not the last bit).
