Went ahead on your recommendation and bought one!

Absolutely fabulous radio; have mine on at the moment.
Bought mine from Roberts (ebay) for £99.99
Might be of some use if the above deal expires.
The one I bought arrived looking like new; but reboxed.

Don't think you'll be disappointed, really is a great all rounder. I use mine mainly for Spotify connect and usb playback but the main selling point is the endless amount of WiFi stations and podcasts available.

It's won't be used, if Amazon warehouse have something listed as "like new" it means the item hasn't been out of the box. Everything I bought with that status has been new with maybe a small rip on the box.

Like new:
A "like new" item sold on Amazon Warehouse Deals is in perfect condition, but due to the condition of the packaging, it does not meet Amazon's standards for new product. Returned items with minor packaging defects are classified as "like new."

Amazon list it as 'Used - Like New' and state it may not come with original packaging. So they could easily be returns.

Having bought 3 sets of "Nu" bluetooth earphones "as new" from Amazon, I'd wholeheartedly disagree! Badly torn packaging, missing accessories, and a few blobs of earwax as a bonus!

Though my HTC phone "as new" looked untouched!

A few items probably get graded wrong, I've had about 10 like new items from them including phones and headsets and all have been new with a rip in the box taped up. I will add used to the deal to keep everyone happy.

I suppose there's always a chance but it would be very odd considering they had 5 in stock this morning all with the same grading. Its probably more the case that someone has sunk a knife too deep opening the stock pallet and damaged the packaging.

Probably, maybe, possibly....... you just dont know and are assuming.
Returns are graded to their condition. Thats why they have 'like new' 'good cond' and 'acceptable'.... all with 'used' beforehand. Many sellers sell their returns in this way.

RufusA's post pretty much confirms this.
