That has dropped in price very quickly. Is it that bad?

its not brilliant tbh but worth 2.99-got the bluray for 2 quid last night from the pop machine deal

Original Poster

It's a decent film. Nothing great, but not terrible. I'd like to watch it again with the option of subtitles.

Ordered, thanks

I can watch anything with Russell Crowe in, but if you ignore the accent, it's definitely worth £2.99!

lol I remember that interview.

it's watchable enough, and a clever take on the legend/myth - though it is desperately flawed at times, with bits that made me think "that's a bit rubbish" or "what an absolutely chuffing retarded place for a landing party to, er land..." (if you've seen the film, you'll know exactly what i'm on about there no doubt)

but on the whole, crowe's diabolical accent aside, there are worse ways to spend a couple of hours.

Awful film, I nearly walked out of the cinema. I love Gladiator though... I guess I was expecting the same level of quality. Not worth £2.99, or anything more than 1p.

Cold from me I'm afraid.

These offers at Sainsburys keep appearing but as soon as I click on them they're not available.

This one appears to be not available at all.

Just got one for £2 from the POP vending machine at VUE in Worcester following earlier threads this weeks. Bargain??

Another bargain DVD removed from the site!

As previous poster mentioned though, these may still be available in POP vending machines for £2, on BluRay too.
