New customer code??

I'm not a new customer with VERY. I assume that's why I couldn't get the £20 off the ROKU and 2 deal that was posted earlier.

All I had to do was sign up to their credit scheme, and enter my card details, which you can pay off in one go with your card.

The card I had used previously on VERY expired a long time ago, maybe entering a new card was enough to get me the deal. All I know is, I searched the net for codes, after getting knocked back for the £20 off deal that was posted on here, found that code, and got £30 off the ROKU 3.

I hope it works for anyone who tries it. It definitely worked for me.

Now working for me either which is a shame as I've reserved a roku 3 at Argos for £70 to pick up today.

Try deleting the card you have registered with VERY, and registering a new card. I can't remember for definite what I bought from VERY, I think it might have been t-shirts, but I've definitely been a customer, as my details were in their system.

I'm a relatively new customer with a credit account already so that's probably why. I took advantage of a new customer offer to get a humax box for £130. But I've not ordered from them since because they're so expensive and the offeres are never for existing customers.

I don't actually have another card to try. I only have the one bank account.

I contacted VERY to ask if they could deliver to a pick up point, as I couldn't see a click and collect option when I ordered the box. The girl said they couldn't change it, because I had already placed the order, and if I wanted to collect it I would have to cancel the order, and re-order it.

I decided not to bother going through all that, but the girl cancelled the postage, so I'm getting the box for £39.99. Not a bad deal, in my opinion.
