Because if 2 years is a "life time" then whatever wrote the review must have been something with a limited lifetime ie - a fish.

Oh ok. Well your right 2 years is not a life time and if you only use it maybe a couple of times a week it probably will last most of your life. I also have had one for roughly 2 years, as a farmer its been put through its paces and its used every day and still works great. but thats the flip knife.

This hasn't expired, I just bought one today for the listed price.
