I know its days 2000 lumens but just wondering how bright it will be...currently I have 2 separate light fittings with 3 bulbs in each. Would it be OK to swap with two of these...

Roughly 125watts in a standard non led lamp
Couldn't see on the website how many total hours this would last.
Amazing thank you

And ACTUALLY in stock for me
Not in stock anywhere around here
Dirt cheap, mrs doesnt like it but given heat and in stock near me
Quite like this, but would it be adequate as a room light (like a traditional pendant), or is it more of a feature light for over a dining table?

They also have another rose gold fitting with 3 hanging pendants for £30, but they have closed globe shades and direct the light downwards...

Thanks, ordered. Hope there's a reasonable spread of light
Wow. Actually 1 in stock near me. Thanks. X

Id say above a dining table personally. I have a drop light above mine. I dont think they work anywhere else tbh. Maybe a high landing or a big ceiling terraced house?

The killer of led is heat. Ive had leds last years and some last months. Depends on how the lights heat is dissipated. A good light with decent heat dissipation will last 5+ years of normal use. Usually led lamps are warranted 3 to 5 years. 1 year is lame but for price id go for it

Telling me nearest stock is in Braintree (I'm in Gt Yarmouth!)
Stock in Bath
I don't like light fittings, that you can't replace the bulbs etc..

Looks nice tho and quite cheap.
And the ugliest light award goes to.......

Thanks, great if it does last between 3/5 years only downside is if you colour match it to the room have to find something similar when it does stop

Great, it'll go nicely in my study with bare walls on one side and some of the sauna-effect wooden panelling missing from the ceiling due to a rewire two years ago
It is 35w so quite powerful, that’s over 100w in traditional bulbs. Not dimmable though.
Cold not copper!
Cold not gold

I'm not sure if you meant to quote me but I'm serious, I need more light than the current bare pendant and LED bulb offers to my study.

I don't particularly care that two strangers on the internet have decided to chime in on the appearance of a cheap light, given I will never meet them and they won't ever step foot in my house, so flippant comment met with self-deprecating comment.

For this kind of money, if it lasts me a year before it's safe to get a plasterer in and get the room sorted, that'll do fine.

I managed to get one locally, but really needed a matching pair. If anyone has bought one and changed their kind, please let me know.

Cheers.

And my picture of Audrey Hepburn.
Fitted, don't know if mine had a quality control issue but the adjustment piece for the cord that carries the power doesn't allow that cord to move up and down (looks like the plastic coating makes it too thick).

Ended up snapping the wire and I've had to cut it and rejoin it (within the 'rose'). Point I'm making is, if you've any intention of resizing the cord, be very careful with the one that carries the power down to the lamp.

Seems OK, definitely brighter than the bulb it replaced, wouldn't have paid any more though. Also I'm sure the rest of the world is already aware of them but the 'Wago' type connectors make getting rid of a ceiling rose a much easier task

Room with bare wall/missing parts of ceiling as promised, no 'Love/live/laugh', Hepburn or NYC skyline though..
