Wasn't aware there was legislation limiting sale of (presumably) 120V … Wasn't aware there was legislation limiting sale of (presumably) 120V electrical items that are not intended to be connected to UK mains. Anyway, the rest of the kit must be good cos it has the word "professional" in the product description...

It must conform to BS1362, this is not my largest concern though, as you rightly state it should be "professional" however there is no hammer in it, how the hell are you supposed to fix stuff without a hammer????

Unless you're regularly doing component-level repairs, I doubt you'd need much of this, e.g. The (US 120 volt!) soldering iron and multimeter(?)

Handy tools to have, but just not for the purpose they're sold for!
This is illegal to supply in the uk due to the us variant of the soldering iron two pin plug

It's out of stock now anyway so chill
Almost all of those tools could be used to hold the power button down for 5 seconds followed by a short press to fix the problem.
I'm squinting at the pic but can't see any decent quality tools there. Most of them you could get in a set from a £1 shop or similar.
