    .The large eggs are only available until 21st March for delivery. But if you compare the weights of the medium eggs (which are actually small not matter what Cadbury's say) and the large. You can get slightly more chocolate if you buy 2 medium Cadbury's eggs instead of one large. That's assuming you're buying them for yourself like I am lol (edited)

    It's always been the case with Easter eggs that you get better value the smaller the egg. That seems to be even more the case this year with the rebranding of sizes.

    Usually Monday as on Sunday last minute shoppers are still looking. Plus last year most places had sold out early. Hopefully it's not like that this year.

    Just to add had an offer on the Lidl app for 3 for 2 on Easter chocolate. Highly recommend Lidl for getting some cute Easter bits different from the generic eggs.

    Heat for the deal info, and work put in.

    I just wish somewhere and somehow we had a time machine to bring back my favourite Easter eggs. The Rowntree MacIntosh 'Toffee Filled Eggs' in an oblong box, wrapped in alternating purple & orange foil. Only seemed to be sold at Woolworths.
    Utter perfection.

    Cadburys Caramel Eggs are my modern replacement, but they just don't come anywhere close ;(.

    Not sure if it counts as a deal, but Hotel Chocolat are doing a mix-and-match offer of 2-for-£50 until 22nd March. Makes the supermarkets look cheap, if nothing else :-) Can recommend the "Rocky Road" and Patisserie eggs though. (edited)

    Lidl have a promotion which is not recognised by their scanners for the £7.99 easter eggs - the buy 1 get one free offer is not being recognised, so you will pay double the price if you dont challenge the receipt. no-wonder it doesnt look like any are being sold

    when do stores usually reduce easter eggs? last year I went up on monday to asda and not onl were there no reduced eggs, but no sign they ever sold easter eggs.

    Well Friday Tesco and Lidl had completely run out of large eggs, Lidl had some mini one but Tesco had nothing, not even a cadburys Cream Egg left.  Highly unusual.   Thankfully, I managed  to get 2 chocolate coffee Lidl eggs earlier on and one pack of cream eggs before that but I will miss going to find the cheap post-Easter eggs this year.
