4 cans of Rubicon Mango available for only a quid. Seen in Stretford Poundworld looks potentially a national deal.

The drink is loaded with sugar but tastes great! Perfect to wash down a curry or kebab with, or as my driving instructor used to say... An excellent accompaniment to rum..

wish they had a diet version

This is the standard price, along with Pepsi and Dr Pepper. That being said, it's a great price and avoids buying the 24 / 30 packs.

Sam, You missed out Global Warming.

And brexit being the root cause.

I used to like them as well few years ago. Maybe drink one as well if offered at a party. But never buy them because of the sugar content. Better to eat fruits and vegetables than drinks with no fibre and very high in sugar content. These are sure way to get incurable diseases which make you invalid.

They're always this price, in my local Poundworld anyway.

Now that's just being ridiculous!

The amount of hidden sugar in British food. You have no idea.

I don't think it's 'hidden' in Rubicon Mango... You are correct though and hence the need for moderation and a varied diet plus regular exercise. And I'm the first person who needs to improve in all of the above

im not one of the sugar police but mangoes (especially ripe ones) are packed to the rafters with sugar and not suitable for diabetics.
