They're disgusting
Still water flavours, trust me and avoid
RUSSt21/07/2019 10:35

could it be short date

Could be because no-one bought them and they have a massive stockpile to clear because they are absolutely grim more like. They probably called them Street Drinks because they taste just like licking a pavement in various locations around the world.

Take your point. Personally don't drink those soft drinks either but these are truly vile, trust me. Bought some from Home Bargain a few months back and everyone who tried them was spitting it out

These drinks are the reason A.G. Barr is struggling atm. Huge amount of loss in this and Rockstar too. Plus the reduced sugar IrnBru recipe.
I also tried a couple of these last week can’t remember the flavours now but both went down the sink.

They got cocky.

And they've suffered big time financially.

Classic case of forcing something onto the consumer and the consumer voted unanimously

No, they are just disgusting 🤢
Avoid. These are absolute rank. Bought all the flavours to try and they were all disgusting.
I tried both falavours the other day and had no problem with them at all. For 15p you can't really complain!
African inspired? Lovely. I much prefer mine a little stronger...

10p in home bargains and I wonder why 🤮

15p at the one near me.

All Rubicon drinks have the same problem, they taste different from a can or carton. This range would have done well if it was sold in cartons rather than cans. I can believe they were that stupid and not changing has thrown away a really good drinks range

They are available in cartons.
Youve got to have a sick mind to post these on here.... some people just want to watch the world burn
I agree with everyone on here, vile drinks
kramvic21/07/2019 12:49

Normal Rubicon yes, but ?RUBICON STREET DRINKS? not seen them
Bough two different ones of these a few months ago and thought they were ok. I had them chilled an one was refreshing with a bit of a Turkish delight taste (probably rose and pomegranate one).

It is sold in cartons also - Tesco, bless them, have persisted in selling them!

Good old Barr's.

Poisoned everything with aspartame, and now they're issuing profits warnings and seeing their share price drop by almost a third.

They may have saved money buy buying less sugar, but they've lost so much more.

People have voted with their wallets. Screw Barr, they deserve all they get.
10p in my local Home Bargains - note that these are still drinks, for 10p I don't mind the taste, handy to keep a few in the car...

Do you have a beard by any chance?
Probably a store specific offer
Naasty drinks, not being carbonated might be the reason

lol, no but ...

Actually found if you empty the cans into a glass jug, leave overnight in the fridge, tastes quite nice, old tastes of India

Then the taste of India SUCKS.
Absolutely horrible...,
Funny to see the hatred for these drinks. I think they're absolutely delicious, all of them. Especially the cumin and mint one. If you drink them expecting them to taste like Ribena then of course you're going to be disappointed. They're sold as "street drinks" and that's exactly what they are.

Guess I should be grateful I can stock up on these at 10p each while they last!
I'm not usually picky but didn't like these at all and I tried every flavour, some were drinkable but all were awful
Just drink Tap Water

It's not really cheap when you think about it 15p fif 330ml when you make some squash, buy cheap lemonade, etc which will taste a lot better

Exactly plus they're poor businessmen in charge
Theirs a reason why Coca Cola is one of the most successful businesses in history, they actually know slightly increase prices or keeping the prices the same and accepting the losses is a better decision

Bars probably lost at least £100 from me alone and that will increase
They still don't want to accept their decision was wrong, even though fans literally spam their social media and petitions being made they still think that "you can't tell the difference" oh plus a lot of people have side effects for artificial sweeteners
They should hire me, even a random person, I never went to business school but trust me I know more than the people in the Conference Room at AG Barr

Bissap and sharbat aren't bad, but the other two are grim.
Tried Bissap - I liked it
