I would agree with that, got one 2 months ago in Tesco for around £20 and spec wise it seemed very good value. However the steam selector dial is now broken and makes no difference to the steam whatever the setting and the spray/extra steam buttons do not work either. This is the second one we've had with a problem with the steam selector dial, the first one (although a different model) wouldn't rotate very easily and the steam wasn't coming out as expected - looks like a design fault if you ask me. I want a replacement but I'm a bit p'd off though as we can't find the receipt!

Just buy another one and then take the broken one back for a full re fund:whistling:
