Not a bad price for a 4 slice toaster.
Don't buy this. I bought one of these and one of the lever things broke off after a couple of weeks. Took it back into Argos and they they wouldn't refund it as it Russell Hobbs would say it was due to "misuse". Not sure exactly what they think we're doing with our toasters.

By law don't they have to prove that you misused it within the first 6 month?

You have the standard 30 days or whatever their standard returns policy is to return if unwanted for a full refund or replacement. After their standard policy is passed then yes they will have to prove it isn't a manufacturing fault within the first six months. If they cannot prove it then they can offer a repair or replacement whichever would be the cheapest. If they cannot offer either of those then the last resort is a refund.
