Found 19th Mar
Bought this yesterday from B&M Barking. Maybe not a big deal, but currently I don't find anything for this price. This comes with 5 year guarantee.

Update: Added pics for the size comparison.

Great. I bought a bamboo board once from b and m and it snapped in half after a few days. This branded one looks better though. I'm looking for something like this o can just throw in a cupboard when not in use
    Is it dishwasher compatible?

Better not chance it with a bamboo board baby!
Bargain with the five year warranty!
I brought the double the size for £12.99 , also selling at bnm

    Because?

I have the larger version of this and can't see any difference between this and any other bamboo board I've seen to date. Probably will buy a better one in due course but tbh it's massive (LARGER SIZE THAN OP) and I like the extra space, great for one pot dishes with lots of ingredients.

    What makes you say that?
I wouldn't use a wooden or bamboo chopping board as you cannot clean them properly after use, they hold so much bacteria, get yourself a decent granite one.

Say goodbye to your good quality knives as well. Wooden boards are perfect if you buy the correct type and clean it properly. Eliminate your ignorance with ten minutes on Google

Keeping your knives sharpened with a good quality steel and using it properly, helps keep your knives good, as for wooden chopping boards, as I said, "I wouldn't use one" they aren't easy to to keep sanitised and hold too much bacteria for my liking, I either use glass or granite as they are easier to keep clean, you can use whatever you prefer, and I'd Thank You To Eliminate your own ignorance elsewhere.

Their customer service is outstanding though. They once honoured a warranty on a 7 year old kettle for me and send me a brand new replacement grill another time. In that case, does it matter?

Even my first thought was to go for granite one. But my second thought( what will happen if I drop on my foot) faded my first. B&M sells granite one too for £6.99

I don't need a chopping board but saw there was 30 comments so knew there would be some sort of argument and I wasn't disappointed

Granite or bamboo which is best?

Personally I prefer bamboo as it is light weight, won't make knife blunt (compared to granite), easy handling.

    Have a look here.
